The sun room would make a great art studio, study, writer's retreat or hobby area. The house is small, about 1200 sq feet but very open downstairs. One bedroom is downstairs and two small sleeping areas with a 3/4 bath upstairs. A huge storage area is upstairs. This house has an unusual, out of the ordinary yet very practical layout. Not a run of the mill, cookie cutter floor plan. On a concrete pier foundation there is a crawl space and a room for the hot water heater. We have lots of visitors that come for the mountains and music which are both free in just about any direction you look! Mt View is the Folk Music Capitol of the world! If you're a painter, great! There are two artists that live on the road. The most popular State Park in Arkansas, the Ozark Folk Center, is in Mt View. Blanchard Springs and Blanchard Caverns are popular area attractions, fish Mirror Lake or the White River, Kayak or Canoe the Buffalo. Stroll the square in Mt View and listen to the music, host your own music getaway right in your own back yard! Plenty of activities for retirees or visiting grandchildren . . . I forgot to mention the Loco Ropes Zip Line . . . OR– if you're a young family simply wanting to relocate to the country for a better life away from the crime in the cities, smaller schools, etc, this is the place. There are three great, small schools to choose from as well as all the other benefits of country living . . .
