The Lockett Tract (#03019–03511) is a +/- 300-acre parcel of timberland located in the eastern portion of Nevada County, about 8 miles east of Rosston, AR (North 33.570455°, West 93.149827°). Nearly 200 acres of the more well-drained upland areas were cleared in 2016 and have not been replanted; the remaing 100 acres remain timbered with mostly hardwood within the Cypress Creek bottom. Access is available via a gated woodsroad that runs east from US-Hwy 278 for about a half-mile to the western line of the property. s located along a drainage that runs through the northern portion of the tract.
