The Davies Tract #3 (#03019–03532) is a +/- 160-acre parcel of timberland located in western Union County west of the community of Lisbon, AR (North 33.26589°, West 92.838812°). The topography is generally flat with the Camp Creek flowing through it. Access is available via a gated gravel farm road running for three-quarters mile from Sandy Creek RD down to the northwest corner (Call us for gate combo). Over 60 acres of mostly pine timberland exists in the northwestern portion of the property. A small knoll of upland hardwood exists on the southeast corner. The majority of the property contains hardwood creek bottom timberland. Approximately 7-8 acres in the southwest corner were affected by a wind storm and are not accounted for in the timber inventory. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property contains an assortment of sandy loams, which gives the tract an excellent weighted average site index of 90.0 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
