The North Junction City Tram Tract (#03019–03583) is a +/- 70-acre parcel of timberland located in southwestern Union County lying just north of Junction City, AR (North 33.054627°, West 92.723351°). The topography consists of upland hills sloping downwards in an easterly direction. Access is available via gated woodsroad running northeasterly from McCorvey Loop RD for just over a half-mile up to the northwestern portion of the tract (Call us for gate combo); an old RR tram runs along the eastern edge of the parcel for nearly 700 yards for additional potential access. The majority of the property contains a well-stocked stand of natural pine timber. The northeastern portion features about 8.5 acres of wetland habitat. About 12 acres of a mostly hardwood creek drain runs through the northern portion of the property for diverse wildlife edge. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property contains an assortment of fine sandy loams, which gives the tract a weighted average site index of 89.1 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
