The Home
The home is the embodiment of luxury and style with fantastic views of the Columbia River and beautiful mountain scenery.
This home boasts 3052 square feet, built with fir, maple and oak lumber that was milled right from the property. The wrap around deck adds to the true experience of the wilderness that surrounds the cabin, you won’t miss those remarkable Oregon sunrises, or sunsets again.
The kitchen is as functional as well as stylish, with lots of storage, beautiful counter tops and appliance. Stunning window views of the Columbia River, and Mount Hood can be seen from the dining room, kitchen, and family room. The family room has a cozy fireplace guaranteed to keep your toes nice and warm during the fall and winter months. Yet, for the remarkable summer months the home comes with Air conditioning, comfortable for every season. There is a functional mud room that houses a washer and dryer and is perfect place to rest those muddy boots.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms including a master suite. Each bedroom truly captures the rustic home feel, spacious, and comfortable. The master room has an attached bath with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and plenty of storage.
This house has plenty of entertainment, from the game room equipped with ping pong table to the music and video library.
Deck / Patio: The cabin has a huge wrap around deck with 2 picnic tables with a gas grill & a charcoal grill.
Hot Tub: New hot tub building & hot tub. Beautiful view of the Columbia River during the day & night lights of the city after dark, from the hot tub.
This home is currently being used as a Vacation Home Rental. Possibilies are endless; it could be used as a family retreat site, church retreat, wine tour destination site, hunting/fishing lodge, just use your imagination.
